Yes! We provide service all year round.

At PWM Pet Waste Management, the safety of our clients and their pets is our top priority. To keep pets safe, we disinfect all equipment and shoes between each home visit using a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. Additionally, we photograph the gate after each service to confirm it’s secure, ensuring your pets won’t get out. For your peace of mind, all our employees undergo background checks.

We offer service plans starting at just $75 per month. Pricing varies based on yard size, service frequency, and the number of dogs. Most clients typically pay between $95 and $135 per month.

No contracts! You can start, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime by emailing or calling us.

Yes, we’re happy to clean with dogs around! We simply ask that if your dog has shown any signs of aggression, you keep them indoors during the cleaning. Ensuring our team’s safety is a top priority. If your dog behaves aggressively toward our team, you’ll be asked to bring them inside or risk being completely removed from our route.
If you sign up for deodorizing or disinfecting services, we require that pets be kept out of the area until any residue has dried completely.

Proper disposal is essential for environmental safety, as dog waste is considered hazardous material. We double-bag the waste and place it in the customer’s trash can or, if a trash can is unavailable, leave it neatly at the side of their house.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. While not every day may be available in your area, our team can typically provide 2–3 options to best fit your schedule.

No, we don’t provide specific arrival times for our services. While we do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes the night before service to minimize drive time and help keep costs low.

Note: Your card must be on file, and payment must be made before services can begin. If you need assistance, we are always available at (949) 414-4817.

Do you bill monthly?
Yes: Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before recurring services are provided. Payments for one-time cleanups are due before the service is rendered.

Note: If you are engaging in recurring services, you will be billed for the remainder of the month along with the initial cleanup.

Next payment is due on the 1st of the following month.

Example:

Adam signed up for weekly services. The initial cleanup will begin on Wednesday,7/10/2024, and continue every following Wednesday. The agreed rate for the weekly cleanup is $25.

On the first cleanup (7/10/2024), Adam will be billed for the initial cleanup (free for recurring customers) and the remainder of the month (3 additional cleanups).

Amount Charged on 7/10/2024:
● Initial Cleanup: $0
● Remainder of July Cleanups (7/17, 7/24, 7/31): $75
Total: $75

Next Payments to Be Processed:
● 8/1: $100 (Recurring Cleanups)
● 9/1: $100 (Recurring Cleanups)

If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed. Services billed for the month are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, we are happy to complete cleanups for the remainder of the month if needed.

What time will you be at my home?

With respect to scheduling, we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for your cleaning day. Our routes are optimized for efficiency, allowing us to keep rates low for you! Routes run from approximately 7 AM until dark.

Communication is key! You will always receive a text notification when we are on the way, typically 60 minutes prior to arrival. If you are at the beginning of our route, you may receive a 15-30 minute notice instead, as we avoid disturbing you early in the morning. Your cleaning day will remain consistent each week. If your service day ever changes, we will notify you in advance.

Do I have to be home when you clean?

No, you do not need to be home during the cleanup. We simply ask for easy access to your gate. We can clean with dogs in the yard as long as they are very friendly. Our team loves animals—it’s one of the reasons we started this company!

After completing the cleanup, we will send a picture of your closed gate via text or email for your records.

Note: If our staff has not met your dogs before and you are home, please inform the technician ahead of time if you plan to let the dogs out for an introduction. We don’t want to startle anyone!

What happens if my service day is on a holiday?

If your service day falls on a major holiday, we will skip that week’s cleanup and resume the following week. You will still be charged, as there will be two weeks of accumulated waste. As a one-time courtesy, we will provide a free deodorizing and disinfecting service during your next visit if you would like.

Do you disinfect your equipment?

Yes! We disinfect our equipment after each cleanup using a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
